Happy Wednesday, friends! We hope everyone is having a great week. Today, we are talking fitness with some of our favorite workout wear. It makes it easier if you look good while working out, right? Well, we have you covered! Also, I hope you will follow along as I kick off training soon for the Miami Marathon Weekend.
Morgan and I both enjoying working out on a regular basis. We are always on the lookout for cute workout wear at the best prices! Every once in a while, we may splurge on some good workout pants or shoes.
I am a runner so shoes are very important. I am partial to Brooks but I do have a few different brands, including Nike and Adidas. My Brooks are best for long distance running. They are neutral for me and provide excellent support. The Ghost 10 line is out and I LOVE them! I have run in many road races, from 5Ks to a couple of half marathons. I haven’t quite tackled the full yet, 26.2 miles! (my husband keeps encouraging it, so we will see??)
Planning to run the Miami Half Marathon (13.1 miles) again in January, I will follow a training plan for 16 weeks. Currently, I run about 12 miles weekly so I am definitely looking to increase my mileage and speed in the upcoming time frame. I would love for each of you to follow my journey of training and if you have any questions, I welcome them! Look out for my training schedule in the next couple of weeks!
